Can't get internet from tmobile home wifi

So im trying to connect my extender to my home tmobile wifi with no success I've got in in good range it connects just fine but receives no wifi and says im connected without wifi everytime plz help

Regularly crashes Orbi mesh network (~every hour), impossible to connect to interface

Tried to use this to connect a set of wired-only systems to an existing Orbi mesh network, without having to buy another Orbi satellite (since there was good wifi coverage, but the systems in question did not have a wireless connection). Unfortunately, once synced, it regularly causes the entire mesh to reboot, cutting the whole house off from the internet. Trying to access the interface on the router is also impossible, as searching the help pages will show since their re.brostrend page won't ever resolve properly once the extender has even been configured. Also can't tell if there are firmware updates (the orbi environment is fully updated, and before installing this had an uptime of almost 2 months - longest we were able to keep this running was 1 hour) as the brostrend support site is effectively garbage.

I'm generally a fan of what these guys do - I've got a few of their USB->Wifi adapters as they have full linux support, but this particular device is hot garbage. Wish I could return it, but unfortunately I didn't get around to this project for too long and it's outside the return window. Will probably just throw it away while I look for an alternative.
