The ethernet card on my cpu stopped working. I bought this one on a whim based on the good reviews. The good reviews are warranted. The speeds I am achieving surpass the manufacturer equipment and it was super easy to install. 10/10 would recommend. Plus, the shipping was super fast.

Works as intended

Am getting the correct speeds easy to install if u don't have a cd reader you might need a second computer that dose just a head up and just load it onto a usb but over works perfect great product for those on a budget

Really interesting card!

I didn't think I'd ever see a 5Gb card until this one showed up. Surprisingly, it does work at that line speed with a switch capable of that sort of multi-port shenanigan. I didn't, but you know what I did have? An SFP+ DAC that was capable of multi-gb shenanigans such as 2.5gb, 5gb and 10gb right in the DAC. One of those OpenWRT DACs, if I recall right.With this card in the desktop, I'm able to route near line-speed for this to my NAS sitting in the other room and I didn't have to do anything too exotic to make that happen, either in Debian.
