Connect to the Default Network of the Outdoor WiFi Extender

Power the outdoor WiFi extender with the included PoE injector, then connect to its default WiFi network (BrosTrend_EXT or BrosTrend_5GEXT) with your smartphone or laptop.

Step 2

Connect to and Extend Your Existing Network

To extend your existing network, open a web browser, log into the extender’s web interface, choose the WiFi network you want to extend, enter your existing network’s password, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Relocate the Outdoor WiFi Extender

Mount the extender within your router’s WiFi range for the best performance. Then connect your devices and enjoy fast outdoor WiFi. IMPORTANT: Power the extender using the included PoE injector, which supports cable runs up to 164 feet. For outdoor use, make sure to use Cat5e or higher PoE-compatible Ethernet cables that are waterproof, shielded, UV-resistant, and temperature-resistant.

BrosTrend AC1200 is Real Lifesaver ??

I bought AC1200 model for extending my existing landlord's wifi. It is really easy to setup even if you are not techy person. You just need to connect the network cable and connect to PoE and give it power ( everything included in box). Performance is really up to the mark as I am now getting the signals now indoor and outdoor both with full strength and both networks 2.4g and 5g are quite stable. It can also be used as access point instead of extender. I highly recommend this one for being exactly value to money ????

This outdoor long range WiFi extender supports both 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands. The device is ip65 rated for outdoor installation. The device also support Power Over Ethernet so you don�t have to run a power cord along with the network cable. There are 2 5dBi antennas for strong signal reception and transmission. The built-in PoE rh45 port is a gigabit port so it can support high speed internet.

Extends wifi outdoors with wired PoE connection

The BrosTrend AC1200 does a solid job of pushing Wi-Fi into hard-to-reach outdoor spots. Setup is fairly straightforward but note that this needs a wired PoE connection for power, which is not straightforward in many households. The dual-band speeds are more than enough for streaming, video calls, and general browsing. Performance is good but dips at the far end of its range. Still, a useful wifi extender for gardens and outbuildings.
